Research in the Lamba Laboratory spans from preclinical basic research to understand mechanisms of resistance utilizing cell lines to translational research in patient populations from multiple independent multi-institute clinical trials. To achieve our long-term goals, we take both a focused pathway-driven and genome-wide approaches.
